The Company owns and operates the CIELSKINCARE website (“Website” or “CIEL Platform”). The Company through the CIEL Platform offers to sell skincare products (“Service(s)”) to its users (“User(s)” or “you” or “your”).

Please note that you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) when you access and use the Services regardless of how you access or use them or engage with us, including through mobile devices. Your use of the Services is also subject to the Terms & Conditions. By using CIEL Platform/ our Services and/ or by providing your information, you consent to the collection and use of the information you disclose on CIEL Platform in accordance with this Privacy Policy, including but not limited to your consent for collecting, using, sharing and disclosing your information as per this Privacy Policy. If we decide to change our Privacy Policy, the updated changes shall be available on CIEL Platform, so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it.

2. Types of information we collect

2.1 We collect the following types of information from you when you register on the CIEL Platform and use our Services: any information that exclusively identifies you for e.g., your name, email address, mobile number, date of birth, display picture, social media account ID (where provided by you), postal address, Permanent Account Number (PAN) and bank account details. In some cases, for options such as virtual private rooms for Contests (as defined in the Terms & Conditions), you may provide us with personal information of another person, for which we assume you have consent from such person to share their information with us. Further, we collect non-personal information, which is information that does not exclusively identify you but is related to you nonetheless such as, information about your interests and demographics.

2.2 We may automatically track certain information about you based upon your behaviour on the CIEL Platform. We use this information to do internal research on our User’s demographics, interests, and behaviour to better understand, protect and serve our Users. This information is compiled and analysed on an aggregated basis. This information may include the platform that you just came from, which platform you next go to, your computer/ mobile browser information, your Internet Protocol address, and other information associated with your interaction with the CIEL Platform.

3. Personal Information

3.1 While providing you access to the CIEL Platform/ Services, we collect the following category of personal information: (i) information you give us, (ii) automatic collection of certain information, and (iii) information from other sources including service providers, partners, and publicly available sources.

3.2 We, on the CIEL Platform, also collect and store personal information provided by you, including but not limited to your

Location	Collect and monitor information about the location of your device to provide better serviceability reduce risks associated with your account on the CIEL Platform and provide customised offers/ Services.
Ancillary information	To provide access to the features offered through CIEL Platform and to verify your identity, secure your account details, you may need to give us the permission to capture, record your device information, operating system information, network information, location information.
Contacts	Collect and monitor contacts and accounts information to detect references and accounts information to autofill data during processing your requests for value added services.
Guests list	To facilitate gaming amongst you and your friends, batchmates and colleagues (whether existing Users or other users) (hereinafter referred to as “Guests”), Users will need to provide details including contact details, email address, mobile numbers, social media ID in relation to such Guests. CIEL may thereafter use such information to contact the Guests and invite such user to register with the CIEL Platform (where the Guest is not an existing User) and participate in the Private Contest (as defined in the Terms & Conditions) in relation to which such person was invited by the User. The participation of the Guest in any of the Contest shall be subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy and the Terms & Conditions for the use of CIEL Platform. The User hereby represents that the Guests have consented and agreed to such disclosure to and use of their contact details, email address, mobile numbers, social media ID by CIEL.
Financial SMS	Collect and monitor only transactional SMS about bank transactions to help us perform a credit risk assessment. No personal SMS is stored and collected.
Others	As may be explicitly required and requested from time to time.

How we use personal information

4.1 We use your personal information to operate, provide, and improve our Services including: providing, delivering, processing transactions related to us; measure, support, and improve our Services; provide recommendations and personalization; comply with legal obligations; communicate with you; marketing; fraud and abuse prevention and credit risks; other purposes for which we may seek your consent.

4.2 Personal information about our User is an important part of our business. We share personal information for the following purposes with the authorised vendors/ affiliates only:

1. Transactions involving third party payment intermediaries: By agreeing to this Privacy Policy and the Terms & Conditions, you give consent to your financial information being shared with third party payment intermediaries, including transactional SMS (sent by 6-digit alphanumeric senders) about bank transactions, KYC, verification and remittance to your bank account directly
2. Third party service providers: We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf, for delivering hardware, sending communications, processing payments, tabulating fantasy points, assessing credit and compliance risks, analyzing data, providing marketing and sales assistance, conducting customer relationship management, and providing training. With your prior consent, these third party service providers shall have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.
3. Business transfers: As we continue to develop our business, we might sell or buy businesses or services. In such transactions, personal information generally is 1 (one) of the transferred business assets but remains subject to the promises made in any preexisting Privacy Policy (unless, of course, the individual consents otherwise). 6. Non-personally identifiable information

Non-personally identifiable information is information that does not identify a specific end user. 7. Collection of installed applications

We collect a list of the installed applications’ metadata information which includes the application name, package name, installed time, updated time, version name and version code of each installed application on your device to assess your credit worthiness and enrich your profile with pre-approved customized Services.

Your Security is our highest priority and we design our systems and protocols with your security and privacy in mind, and in furtherance of the same we ensure the following:

1. We maintain a wide variety of compliance programs that validate our security controls.
2. We protect the security of your information during transmission to or from the CIEL Platform/ Services by using encryption protocols and software.

SHIPPING FAQ

The shipping charges are not fixed and depend on various factors like nature / category of your product, which location despatched from, gross weight of the product, etc. This amount will be over and above the value of the product.

The shipping charges on your order would reflect on the shopping cart / payment page. We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time promised. We ship through leading courier services, and you can track your order online after it is shipped.

In the unlikely event we are unable to deliver any items in your order, be assured that you will not be charged for that item, or you shall be refunded the full amount charged for the item. Each order would be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.

We make our best efforts to ensure that each item in your order is shipped out by the seller within 2-3 working days of the order date. However in some cases, it may take longer, upto 5 or more working days, to ship the order where there is a heavy demand.

Sellers shipout orders on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. While the sellers strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.

Please note all items will be shipped with an invoice of the seller. In case, inadvertently, the same is not received, you may write an e-mail to cielsale@clinicdermatech.in mentioning your order reference number.

REFUND POLICY

At CIEL™, it is our constant endeavour to provide our customers with the best of the products at the best prices. Unfortunately, due to reasons of personal hygiene. health, safety and fair use we cannot accept returns once purchased.

Damaged products

In the unlikely event that any product you received from us is damaged:

• Please do not accept delivery of the item if the outer packaging appears damaged or any way tampered with
• If after you open the packaging, you discover that the item is damaged, you can return the product to us for a refund. Please contact our customer service at cielsale@clinicdermatech.in for initiating the return and send us the images of the damaged product. Once our returns section receives and verifies the product, we will arrange for a replacement or a refund as the case may be.
• Please note that we cannot promise a replacement for all products as it will depend on the availability of the replacement product. In such cases, we will offer only a refund.
• Refunds are offered in form of a credit note which can be availed on any further purchase on CIEL™

Order Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order, you can email our customer service at cielsale@clinicdermatech.in and provide details of the order you would like to cancel. If you cancel the order before the product has been shipped, you will receive a complete refund. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations cannot be honoured.

Please note we ship usually within 24hrs to 48hrs of order placement.

Returns Procedure for Damaged products

Please contact our customer service at cielsale@clinicdermatech.in to initiate a return. Our team will note down your request and issue a return reference ID & advise on the return shipping address.

You will have to self ship the return to our warehouse. A flat shipping fee of Rs. 100 will be added to the returns credit.

Once you have contacted our customer service and obtained a return reference ID, place the products to be returned in a secure, solid package and seal the box securely. Please take care to prevent any loss or damage during transit. Inscribe the return reference ID and return address on the package and ship to the return shipping address as advised by our customer service team.

Refund Procedure

On successful receipt and processing of the return, a credit redeemable voucher for the value of the returned item and Rs.100 shipping reimbursement (if the return is self-shipped) or if you are a registered member on CIEL™ portal than equivalent reward points will be issued to you. You will be able to use this credit for any subsequent purchases at CIEL™ website. In case the return is not a valid one as per the conditions outlined above, it will be reshipped back to you upon payment of an additional shipping fee of Rs. 100.

The Refund process will take from 1-2 weeks based on your location. Once the item has been received by us, we will process it within 24 to 48hrs to ensure you receive your refund as quickly as possible.
