Our products are formulated to be hypo-allergenic and non-comedogenic. Due to the nature of individual skin, we cannot claim or guarantee performance. Please also consult your dermatologist if you have any concerns on possible allergies or specific skin issues.

We offer high-performance skincare through ingredients that are absolutely safe and non-toxic. Although we are committed to effective and results-driven products, we never formulate with any harmful chemicals like Sulphates, Parabens, Phthalates, Ethyl/ Methyl/ Isopropyl Alcohols, Formaldehyde, Mineral Oils or Triclosan.
We choose our ingredients and formulate products keeping all skin types in mind. Our products are formulated to be hypo-allergenic, non-comedogenic and suitable for sensitive skin. However, for people with sensitive skin, it is always recommended to test any new product on a small area before applying it more widely.
We process orders within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders placed on Friday will be dispatched on Monday.
Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information in order to easily track your package. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within a few days of placing your order, please check your “spam” folder.

All our products are non-exchangeable and non-returnable, unless damaged or defective. To replace damaged or defective items, write to us at hello@cielskincare.com within 5 days of receiving the product (after which the product is not liable for exchange). To save time, we recommend you attach your order invoice and a picture of the damaged product. CIEL does not accept returns of opened or used products.
